Sean Tindell, the Commissioner of the Mississippi Department of Public Safety, announced Monday that he will enter the race to become the state’s new attorney general. Tindell will officially kick off his bid with events across the state, including a gathering Wednesday in his hometown of Gulfport. The event is scheduled for 10 a.m. at The Chapel at Centennial Plaza.
